DERAWAN AND LABUAN CERMIN PACKAGE: SWIM WITH THE GIANT WHALE SHARK (5 DAYS 4 NIGHTS)

Located in a biodiversity hotspot, the Derawan Islands feature 872 species of reef fishes, 507 species of coral, and invertebrates, including protected species, such as: giants clam species, sea turtles, coconut crab, etc. Some of the islands harbor the heavily exploited turtle eggs and yet the largest green turtle nesting site in Indonesia. You can found manta, dolphins, clams, barracuda, and whaleshark in this site easily.

Other than that, we will invite you to visit the magical lake of Derawan islands. You can swim in theKakaban Lake with thousands of stingless jellyfish inside it or you can taste two flavors of Labuan Cermin Lake in Berau. So, what are you waiting for? Let's go together with us!

Day 1

• Meeting point at Kalimarau Airport, Berau
• Derawan island

Day 2

• Maratua island
• Haji Mangku Cave (depend on the ocean tides)
• Kakaban Island
• Kakaban Lake (Optional)
• Sangalaki Island

Day 3

• Snorkeling at Whaleshark Point
• Labuan Cermin Lake
• Manimbora Island (Spongebob Island)

Day 4

• Snorkeling atMangkalasa Point
• Snorkeling atDMI Point
• Gusung Island (the island consists only of white sand and there is no other feature, only appears during the low tide)

Day 5

• Derawan Island
• Back to Kalimarau Airport, Berau

NOTES:

Trip cost will include:

• Staying at a two-star Hotel for 5 days 4 nights (2 or 3 persons in 1 room)
• Around trip transportation (from meeting point, during the trip and back to the Kartini Port), include fast boat ticket to/from Karimunjawa.
• National Park entrance fee and entrance fee during the trip, except for Shark Pool.
• Food and drink (breakfast, lunch and dinner) during the trip: 12 times, include 1 Barbecue Fish on the island.
• Rent cost of snorkelling equipment (mask, snorkel, and fins) and life vest.
• Photo during the trip
• Guide fee
• Personal insurance (for accident): compensation up to IDR 50.000.000

• Flights or other transportation to/from Kartini Port, Jepara.
• Entrance fee in Shark Pool

• Bag (daypack/backpack) contain enough clothes for the trip . We won’t recommended to bring a suitcase.
• Swimsuit, rash guard, bikini, etc.
• Sunblock and your personal medicine.
• Camera, handycam, or mobile phone.

• Insect (mosquito) repellent
• Flashlight (for hunting sunrise)
• Plastic rain coat
• Flashdisk (prefer 8GB: to copy photos during the trip)
• You should be arrived in Kartini Port, Jepara at least 1 hour from the departure of fast boat.
